Shipping is provided by DHL & Post

• Orders under 90 €: 5.90 €
• Orders from 90 €: free shipping

 

Returns for repurchase and exchange

• Return fee, when refund is chosen: 8 €
• No return fee, when exchange is chosen (other size or other article)

Returns are processed quickly and easily via our returns portal.

Paddle machines

• Shipping: 80 € per delivery
• Returns: Returns of paddle machines are paid by the customer

Outside the EU

We currently do not ship to countries outside the EU. This includes European countries, as Norway, Switzerland and UK. If you want to order goods from Norway, you can choose delivery to a Poste Restante Address at a post office in Sweden.

If you want to return an item, please use our online returns portal. With us, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. The item must be in new condition. New condition means that the item is unused and undamaged. Please also return the accompanying packaging & labels. You can choose between:

 - refund (or crediting of the invoice)
 - conversion to a gift card
 - exchange of the product

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are customized for a specific customer (e.g. canoe orders where the canoe is produced according to the customer's specifications). However, the right of withdrawal applies to products that we customize for the customer but where variants can be selected in the online store (eg assembly of wing paddles). We offer free return shipping within Sweden.

For return shipments, we currently charge a freight fee of €8 for shipments up to parcel size. In the case of special goods (items that cannot be sent as a parcel) and company orders, the customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
