All our plans include an assessment, a personal consultation on the phone and a training plan that is adapted to your personal needs.  

 

ASSESSMENT - We go through all the important points related to your health, physical conditions, goals, exercise-related factors, and aspects that are important in your everyday life. We do this with the help of questionnaires and telephone consultation.

PERSONAL TRAINING PLAN - You will get a training plan that is based on modern training methods that are widely recognized. The plan is based on your conditions, opportunities and ambitions. The plan is well structured with clear instructions for individual training sessions.

Standard Training Plan

This is the variant that suits you if you either want to limit your budget or if you want to start training with a training plan at all. Recommended for youth, junior and masters.

We recommend this plan if you give high priority to your training development but do not have the need to review trends and possible adjustments more than once a month. Recommended for juniors, seniors and masters, but also for fitness people who have a good training background. This includes:

▫ Personal training plan for the entire season (dynamic)
▫ Several season highlights (eg Sprint Championship & Marathon Championship)
▫ B and C competitions are taken into account
▫ TrainingPeaks® Pro Account*
▫ Follow-up by phone (ca 20-30 min) and e-mail every 4 weeks
▫ Adaptive training plan - adapted to your development
▫ HRV measurement and monitoring of HRV **

Pro Coaching Plan

This is the plan for you if you train at a high level with the need to adapt the training quickly to your development or variables that cannot be planned in advance. The plan is also ideal for those who have a lifestyle where not everything can be planned in advance and if the responsibility you take in everyday life (job, family, ...) requires adaptations in your training.
